Boom! Congratulations to the '99 Knoxville Explosion who won the 14u division of the 88 stitches tournament in Athens Tn on Saturday, April 5! The '99 Explosion Spring team beat a strong tournament field that included the Chattanooga Rage..., Chattanooga Voodoo, Tennessee Impact, '99 TN Blast and Thunderstixx. The '99 Explosion went undefeated throughout the tournament and got great pitching from Makayla Cyzick and Sydney Birchfield as well as strong hitting performances from Maddie Sickau, Emily Spry and Emelia Yelencich! Great job Blast and '99 Explosion! Keep working ladies, it is paying off!
