Boom! Congratulations to the '01 Explosion who won the 14u Division of the ASA Diamond Classic held at Caswell Park in Knoxville 3/27/15-3/29/15! The Explosion went 6-1 battling frigid temperatures and fierce competition, meeting the '00 Maryville Magic in the championship game. After the Explosion beat the Magic in an extra inning thriller in bracket play, the Magic battled out of the loser's bracket to win the first championship game and forcing the if necessary game. The Explosion finally overcame the Magic to claim the tournament championship! Congratulations to both teams, great job by all!
