Boom! A special shoutout to the '02 Explosion who went 5-1 in a loaded 18u division of the Big Orange Showcase finishing a very strong 3rd place! A total of 24 teams from 9 states competed including several state and national teams in an outstanding USA college showcase. The '02 Explosion narrowly missed a spot in the championship losing 2-1 to Team South Carolina - Miller. Also, a special shoutout to our departing seniors and future college freshman on their future playing careers: Mackenzie Turner, Abbie Mcgowan and Jessica Campbell! We wish you nothing but the best and want to thank you for your loyalty and representation of the Knoxville Explosion Fastpitch Softball Program!
