Continuing it's commitment to coaching performed the right way, the Knoxville Explosion Softball Organization has officially joined and become a charter member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. The PCA is a nationwide organization committed to mentoring coaches and parents, providing them with the tools and education to 1) teach kids how to successfully win in competitive sports and 2) learn life lessons while competing. While honoring the game of softball, the Knoxville Explosion Softball Organization will require all of it's head coaches to become certified PCA double goal coaches and provide them with the tools to help our players not only develop winning skills but emphasize performing at a high level while maintaining the integrity and honoring the game of softball. The PCA has many professional, college and high school athletes, coaches and parents. The Knoxville Explosion Softball Organization is proud to call itself official partners of the PCA and is the first youth athletic organization to join the PCA in the great State of Tennessee!
