The '99 Knoxville Explosion participated in the 2014 TN Heat Spring Meltdown 14u tournament on Saturday, March 15.  The tournament field featured an 8 team competitive field of local teams from the Knoxville Area that included the TN Storm, Maryville Wildcats and the Morristown Trojans.  The '99 Explosion rolled through pool and bracket play to a 4-0 record before running into a hot hitting TN Storm that caught fire in the losers bracket and won 6 straight to capture the Spring Meltdown Championship that ended at 2:30 am.  Great job TN Storm!  Great job Explosion, keep working hard and improving, we will get there!!!
