Knoxville Explosion 01 opened the season at Carter Park in the Spring Meltdown by going 4-0 on Saturday, 3/15/14. Explosion defeated the Maryville Wildcats in the championship game with two big, over the fence home runs by Hannah Branam to claim 1st place. Pitching & defense was solid all day as the team allowed only one run in the four games. Great start young ladies!
