Boom!  Congratulations to the Explosion Select who went 3-0 in a rain-shortened ASA Tournament of Champions in Spartanburg, South Carolina on 10/11/15!  Facing torrential rains and fierce competition, the Explosion Select started hot and finished hot running the table, going undefeated but losing the overall championship on runs allowed due to time constraints to the Carolina Crush.  The Explosion beat the Columbia Fire, Carolina Black Widows and the Simpsonville Angels, outscoring the competition 25-11.  Great job Crush and Explosion.  A big shoutout to Abby Swilley who homered twice, Bug Campbell who lead the Explosion attack with 8 RBIs, Madison Owens who turned in the pitching performance of the tournament, hurling a 2-hit, 1 unearned run gem against the Simpsonsville Angels and Morgan Stapleton who hit .890 for the tournament.  Also another big shoutout to the 99 Explosion players who helped out their big sisters (Tali Graham and Kelsey Birchfield) due to injuries Ariel Holt, Marieve Elkins and Sydney Birchfield!  Nice job girls!
