2026 Explosion WIn 12u A Division Tournament Championship in Morristown, TN

Saturday September 21, 2019 Explosion 2026 travels to Morristown, TN to compete in the Autumn Breeze Classic in a 10 team bracket. After a slow start losing in pool play these girls regrouped and played the rest of the day undefeated in bracket play. They played all older girls yesterday in their true fashion playing from behind and coming out with a championship. Explosion 2026 competed against TN Bash 07 in a hard fought championship game in international tie breaker. Well played game by both teams. Good luck to all the teams yesterday on continued success for your upcoming fall season. We are so proud of these girls and their drive. Thank you to our parent, coaches and fans for your continued support.

'02 Explosion Win USA Big Orange Fall Showcase 18u Division

Atomic Boom! Congratulations to the '02 Explosion who won the 18u division of the Big Orange College Fall Showcase held at Caswell Park in Knoxville, TN on 9/7/19 and 9/8/19! The '02 Explosion ran the table and finished the tournament with a 6-0 record in a tournament field that featured a total of 11 teams in the division. The '02 Explosion beat the Knockouts in the championship game 3-2 to end the tournament undefeated. Great job Knockouts and '02 Explosion, we are very proud of your efforts!

2022 Explosion Finish as USA Big Orange Fall Showcase 16u Runner-up

Boom! Congratulations to the 2022 Explosion who finished as the 16u Runner-up in the Big Orange Fall College Showcase held at Caswell Park in Knoxville, Tn on 9/7/19 and 9/8/19! The tournament featured a total of 11 teams in the 16u division. Going 5-1 in the tournament, the 2022 Explosion lost to the Tennessee Fury in the championship game. Great job Fury and 2022 Explosion, we are very proud of your efforts!

'09 Explosion Stays Red Hot in Fall 2019, Claims 10u FASA Championship in Rockwood, TN

Boom! Congratulations to the '09 Explosion who won the 10u Championship of the FASA Labor Day Classic in Rockwood, TN. On the day, the '09 Explosion went undefeated to claim the championship. The '09 Explosion has started the Fall 2019 Season with a strong runner-up finish and championship in 2 tournaments played thus far! Congratulations ladies we are very proud of your efforts!

2026 Explosion Debut Fall 2019 Season as 12u Runner-up in Crossville, TN

Explosion 2026 takes field for the first time Saturday as new team in ISA Volunteer Showdown in Crossville TN. Congratulations girls on showing up and playing against all older teams yesterday . After playing all day and falling into the loser bracket after losing by one run these girls battled back out of the losers bracket by 1 run to face Heartbreakers yet again in championship game. Battling to win that game and falling 2 runs short in a 2 inning shootout finishing 2nd in ISA Volunteer Showdown. Congratulations girls on awesome day for everyone.

Reminder: High School Explosion Select (2020-2023 Graduating Years) are holding player evaluations on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 8:30 am at BC Athletics, 2510 Solway Road. All Explosion Players on Spring 2019/Fall 2019 Rosters are eligible for this exciting opportunity! Explosion Select Team(s) will travel to 2 select national showcases in January and August of each playing year! This team will be coached by the Explosion Select Coaching Staff of Joe Birchfield, Jason Holt, Payton Kneier and Sydnie Rogers!
